SEMINAR BY GABRIEL SOUSA AT METHOD PUDONG

Method Pudong hosted a one-day seminar with Gabriel Sousa, an ADCC medalist, Abu Dhabi World Pro champion and multiple No-Gi world champion, as well as an AL LEONE athlete. Within the framework of two eventful sessions, the participants analyzed outside passing with submissions and work from open guard. The seminar was distinguished by a high density of material, a clear structure and a large number of practical details that can be immediately applied in training and competitions. The event brought together Shanghai’s strong BJJ community and was another step in the development of Method’s technical level and wrestling culture.
