Whether you’re already part of the METHOD MMA community or new to it, this class is foryou.
We’re going to explore how yoga can help athletes like you with things like stretching and recovering after tough workouts.
And don’t worry, whether you’re a total newbie or a seasoned pro – all levels are welcome.
Our Yoga Instructor, Toki from LATI YOGA, will guide you through the 1-hour session and make sure you’re stretched out just right.
It’s going to be a fun class, where you’ll get to recover, meet some people, and have a good time.

Co-founder of WOTIP Design & LatiMoves
Toki has been engaged in international high-end brand visual & Ul design for over 12years. She is a lecturer for the Droidcon Android Conference in China and has provided design services for globally renowned brands such as Ferrari, Disney,LinkedIn, Starbucks, and SANOFl.
In 2020, she founded LatiMoves (formerly Lati Yoga Studio). She is a resilient yet stable optimist, closely tied to her habits of regular exercise and yoga practice. Thirteen years ago, due to her own lack of physical flexibility, she coincidentally found herself embracing yoga, which has since brought her physical relaxation and inner peace. She also hopes to inspire her students with her own 10 years of practice and teaching, helping them find a spiritual oasis in the fast pace of urban Life.
She has been teaching yoga for 4 years and specializes in courses such as Yin-Yang Yoga therapy, singing bowl meditation, and aromatic Yin Yoga. She is currently a signed ambassador for the lululemon brand and a close friend of the Stanley and Eletrox brands…
In the process of founding Lati, she aims to better integrate design and sports. Beyond professional teaching, she incorporates aesthetic design into Lati’s surrounding products, focusing on perfecting every detail,in the hopes of transmitting holistic healing from the inside out to every member of the Lati community.
